Description

A limited Fantasy Printshop reprint of one of our earlier and quickest selling sheets. Includes options for ten Supermarine Spitfires in Post-War RAF service. Aircraft covered are MkIX’s, ML124 GZ-S of 32 sqn and PV119 RG-Q, 208 sqn both Palestine 1947, a high back Mk.XVIe TB287 8W-K, 612 sqn 1950, Mk.21 LA328 RAG-J, 600 sqn at Biggin Hill 1947, natual metal PR.XI PL915, ‘C’ Flight at RAF Heliopolis 1946, PR.XIX’s PS934 R-WY of 541 sqn RAF Benson 1948, PM574 of 81 sqn RAF Changi 1947, PM655 6C-W of PDU, 2nd TAF RAF Benson 1948 and lastly Mk.IXe RK917 coded ‘DB’, flown as lead aircraft by Group Captain Douglas Bader in the Battle of Britain Flypast of September 1945.

We managed to squeeze roundels, serials and squadron markings to produce ten models, however stenciling is not included.
