Description

This resin set is very much a What If or ‘Luft46’ idea, based on drawings and descriptions in Hitlers Miracle Weapons Volume 1 by Freidrich Georg, published by Helion and Company. Designed to be carried by smaller types, the book suggests a Bf 109 K-4 (SO) with extended tail wheel leg for ground clearance. The SO standing for Selbstopfer or suicide. Set includes one bomb with separate pylon. illustrated on the front cover, the book suggests this speculative weapon could have been a small uranium bomb, and even includes an inflight picture of this devise possibly fitted to a Bf 109.
