Shipping charges
UK/EU orders (kits or decals) £1.50 for orders up to £15 and £3 for orders up to £50,
Free Delivery for all orders over £50. These charges apply worldwide for all decal sheets, and also apply to resin kits and decals in our own Freightdog Models range. For all other kit orders outside UK/EU additional shipping charges (especially on larger items) may be incurred, please email first to check before proceeding with your order.
Returns
We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt provided the item being returned is in the same condition as it was delivered. Items should be returned by a recorded delivery service at your own cost.
Tax Charges
Freightdog Models are not currently VAT registered, for the time being VAT is not applicable.
Credit Card Security
All transactions are made via PAYPAL to assure your saftey and privacy.
Payments by cheque, Postal Order or IMO
If you do not have access to a credit or debit card, we are happy to take orders by Cheque (drawn on a UK bank), Postal Order or international Money Order. Simply email via the Contact Us link listing the items you are interested in and we will email or phone you back with total charges including shipping. At the present time we are unable to take credit card orders over the phone.
Claims for loss
All claims for loss must be made within 28 days of placing your order.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Items returned for any reason, carriage paid, with the packaging undamaged will be replaced or the full value refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Comments or complaints
Should you be dissatisfied with our service we welcome your complaints or constructive comments, and will endeavour to respond to any complaint within 2 working days. Complaints
We will endeavour to respond to any complaint within 2 working days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason, this period commences the day after you receive the goods provided no seals have been broken on the packages. You must return the goods post paid and your payment will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Contract
No contract is formed between Freightdog Models and the customer until the Freightdog Models acknowledges despatch of your order. |
